Our consultants have combined industry experience of more than 20 years and between us we have all completed tertiary qualifications in areas including HR, Psychology, Recruitment as well as industry specific qualifications which may be relevant to our clients needs, including Financial Planning.
Kristy-Lee Johnston - Pink Chief

Footprint Recruitment was established and is directed by Kristy-Lee Johnston, an experienced and qualified recruiter, and a Central Coast local, who has more than 10 years recruitment experience both in Sydney and on the Central Coast. Kristy-Lee has tertiary qualifications in both Psychology and Human Resource Management and has completed industry specific studies through our governing body, the RCSA.
Sherri Burgess – Talent Magnet

Sherri has joined Footprint Recruitment with an extensive background in Recruitment, Human Resources, Organisational Consulting and Financial Planning. Sherri is a Central Coast local with a diverse range of experience both locally and overseas. Sherri holds qualifications in Financial Planning and specialises in Recruitment for the Financial Services and Office Support sectors.
Sherri also has many years experience working with one of Australia’s premier Organisational Consulting firms and is heavily involved in Footprint Recruitments Outplacement Services.
Zoe Voss – Team Footprint Coordinator
Zoe joined Footprint Recruitment with experience in Administration, Customer Service, Reception and the Retail sector. Zoe looks after our administration and reception duties and also assists clients and candidates with directing their enquiries. Zoe looks after the coordinating and preparation of our marketing and sales material and of course helps to keep our consultants organised!
Zoe has completed Business Administration studies and her Certificate IV in Human Resources. She is currently working towards completing her Diploma in Human Resources.
