Footprint Recruitment works closely with our candidates in order to seek and secure appropriate employment options for them.

Footprint Recruitments candidate focused approach to recruiting means we try and find out what you really want from a job, and only refer and place you in roles that you feel 100% committed to and confident within. Footprint Recruitments candidate registration process has been designed with our candidates time in mind.
- Resumes - The first thing Footprint Recruitment will ask you for, is a copy of your resume, so we can better assess what roles we may be able to assist you with. You can send your resume to Footprint Recruitment via e mail to jobs@footprintrecruitment.com.au
- Phone Interview - Following receipt of your resume, you may be contacted via phone by a Footprint Recruitment consultant to clarify information on your resume and to have an informal discussion regarding your skills, experience and goals with regards to seeking new employment.
- Candidate Files - In some instances, Footprint Recruitment may not be able to assist you immediately, but may request that we keep your resume on file for any future opportunities which may become available. This can often be the case for candidates who are seeking only permanent employment, as it is Footprint Recruitments policy to interview based on a specific permanent position to ensure we place the right candidates in the right roles.
- Interviews - Footprint Recruitment aims to be as flexible as possible with our candidates, and are happy to conduct after hours interviews to suit your current work commitments. We also aim to minimise the time taken to register with us, and as such in most cases you will be at the Footprint Recruitment office for your interview for no more than 1 hour.
- Skills Testing - Footprint Recruitment may request that you complete some skills testing, so that we can asses your current skills in relation to the requirments for a position. These assessments can often be e mailed to you so that you can complete them in the comfort of your home. We will provide you with a copy of any test results so that you can keep these with your resume.
- Reference Checking - It is Footprint Recruitments policy to conduct at least 2 reference checks on each candidate, with previous managers or supervisors. You will be asked to provide Footprint Recruitment with these details at interview, if they are not already listed on your resume.
- Following Registration - Footprint Recruitment encourages open and honest communication with our candidates. We appreciate you updating us with your availability and providing us with any feedback you have for us.
