Footprint Recruitment Pty Ltd was established in early 2006 by our Director, Kristy-Lee Johnston. Footprint Recruitment was set up to meet a need in the market for a 100%Central Coast run and focused agency specialising in the Recruitment of professional and office based staff, whilst also offering a full range of HR, Psychometric, Outplacement and related services.
Footprint Recruitment aims to act as your external HR arm, we take the effort to work with you to understand your requirements and company culture, so that we can work with you as a business partner, not just as a staffing provider.
Footprint Recruitment is a member of the RCSA, our industry governing body, which gives you the assurance that you are dealing with a reputable organisation dedicated to providing a quality service meeting all industry related guidelines.
